the love list: weekly links 3. 17.17

Welcome to the Love List

where I share my favorite moments, pics, and links from the week.

This week’s links include words on spiritual anxiety, a mother God, and a new show obsession.

I don’t remember any astrologers saying March was going to be busy but dang it. We’re already in the middle of the month and I have been on the run. This month is going by in a flash.

I did have the opportunity yesterday to hear some beautiful songs of love and peace at Trinity in Covington.

A friend recommended One Mississippi to me and I sat down and watched the whole thing. It is just so, so good. I wish I could be more eloquent, because this show and Tig Notaro certainly deserve it. You’ll just have to trust me.

Woody had his second acupuncture treatment for his neck pain this week and he seems to be feeling a lot better.

This Sunday at church, I’m presenting a Rector’s Forum on the women of Holy Week and I’m thinking I may turn it into some sort of series here. (So, stay tuned for that!)

I’m aware that I haven’t really shared anything about my Care of the Body Lenten journey, but that’s coming too.

Can we just slow this time thing down, just a little bit?

I hope you have a great weekend.
