The April Love List
It may be unbelievable, but it’s the end of April and this is the Love List.
This month:
We celebrated Lindsay’s 40th birthday.
And celebrated Easter on my parent’s porch. (That seems like such a long time ago.)
And my mother’s birthday the next day.
Then Rocky and I cameto Nashville to help with an Estate Sale and house move. He got to go to a flea market and play with other dogs and I feel like he’s had a great adventure.
This month I saw…
I read
Holly Madison’s book Down the Rabbit Hole

If You’ve Ever Met Judy Blume, Feel Free to Cry
I listened
Jessica Lanyadoo said something in this episode of Ghost of a Podcast that resonated with me so deeply. Talking about spiritual guidance and life purpose she said, “We’re not here to be obedient, we’re here to be whole.”
I watched
I know someone who lived at the Farm for a while. This was interesting.
I have so much to say about this, I could write an essay.
I love Judy Blume so much and I’m so grateful for her work and who she is as a person.
I am in my memory a lot and lately, I’ve been keeping little journal notes, keeping track of the memories that float through my head. Sometimes I feel like I’m just as alive in the nineties right now as I am in the whatever- this-is.
I also started writing song lyrics in my notes app this month. No lie.
I feel so much change. Just so much.
I’m ready to put my studio back together, keep on clearing out the rest of the house, refreshing all the spaces.
That’s a wrap on April.
I’ll see you in May.
